• Allows users to document configurations and share structured trading data.
• May provide links to third-party performance verification platforms (e.g., Myfxbook, FxBlue).

Bushido Invest does not:

• Provide investment advice.
• Manage funds.
• Execute trades.
• Guarantee performance.
• Sell financial instruments.

The Platform is an analytical and organizational tool only.

3. No Investment Advice

All content and data available on the Platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Portfolio management advice
• A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument

Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions. You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital.

4. Backtest and Performance Data Disclaimer

The Platform uses passwordless authentication (magic link). You are responsible for securing access to your email account.

Bushido Invest does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to:

• The Platform
• The design
• The structure
• The calculation methods
• The branding
• The content created by Bushido Invest

is owned by Bushido Invest unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Redistribute
• Reverse engineer
• Extract structured datasets for commercial use

without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites such as:

Bushido Invest is not responsible for:

• Their data accuracy
• Their policies
• Their services

Use of third-party platforms is at your own risk.
